Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of membership purchase, provided you meet the usage requirements outlined below.

Requirements for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Used 2 or fewer mock exams
• Completed less than 5 exercises

3-Day Starter Pass Refunds

For 3-day passes, refunds are available only if requested within 12 hours of purchase. The same usage conditions apply (2 or fewer mock exams and less than 5 exercises completed).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at team@celprep.io with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• The date of your purchase
• Your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 24-72 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Requests made after the 3-day period (or 12 hours for 3-day passes)
• Accounts that have used more than 2 mock exams
• Accounts that have completed 5 or more exercises
• Violation of our Terms of Service
